As the Curriculum Lead at Ripple Primary School, I am deeply passionate about empowering and inspiring children to reach their full potential. I am committed to being a part of developing and providing a rich and diverse curriculum that ensures every child has ample opportunities to build cultural capital, broadening their horizons and fostering a love for learning. My goal is to ensure that all children make rapid progress over time, equipping them with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed. At Ripple we are dedicated to nurturing a love of school, helping our students grow into lifelong learners who are curious, confident, and ready to thrive in the future.

As part of my role, I collaborate closely with staff, outside agencies, different schools, and various departments to develop a cohesive and dynamic curriculum tailored to our students' needs. Currently, I am finishing a Curriculum for Senior Leaders Course, which has provided me with up-to-date professional development to advance our curriculum using the latest research and practices. As a result of my professional development, I prioritise sharing this knowledge with subject leaders so we can foster a culture of continuous improvement.
