Y3 Bounce Back

In art, we have been exploring images that portray relationships with our closest friends and family members.  Firstly, we carefully chose our own photographs of ourselves and another person or pet that is special to us. Then, we looked at body language and how this will be portrayed in our sketches. After sketching our images, we used a range of different materials including paints and coloured paper to add a background.

This piece of art represents us ‘bouncing back’ from a tough year. We enjoyed spending extra time at home with our family members during lockdown but we missed seeing our classmates in person and having fun with them in the playground.
