Making a Complaint about Ripple Primary School

 

The Headteacher or Chair of Governors is responsible for dealing with complaints about the school.

 

There are three in school complaint stages:

 

STAGE 1

 

Contact the school  to make a complaint, which will be heard by a member of staff (although not if they are the subject of the complaint)

 

You will receive a response ten working days from receipt of the complaint.

 

STAGE 2

 

If your complaint is not solved, you can raise the complaint with the Headeacher.

 

You will receive a response ten working days from receipt of the complaint.

 

STAGE 3

 

If your complaint is still not solved, you can contact the Chair of the Governing Body for the school.

 

You will receive a response 20 working days from receipt of the complaint.

 

If you are not happy that the complaint has been resolved at the end of stage 3, you can complain through GOV.UK.
