This year, our Year 5 students have the exciting opportunity to explore the film, television, and broadcast industries, particularly as we approach the opening of the Eastbrook Film Studios in Barking and Dagenham in 2025. We are eager to collaborate with industry professionals who will help bring our students' artistic visions to life and create a standout short film. Thanks to Film Enterprise, we have received a comprehensive scheme of work that guides our students in establishing their own mini-production companies and crafting original film proposals. From these, eight proposals—four from primary students and four from secondary students—will be chosen to pitch their ideas to a professional panel.
